Voorgereg: Beesvleis-groentesop, bonesop, peri-peri hoenderlewertjies saam met vetkoek en ’n verskeidenheid konfyte.

Hoofgereg: Beespot, hoenderpot, lamspot en skaapafval; bedien met rys en stampmielies; soet vla wortels en groenbone; asook beetslaai, mengelslaai en romerige koolslaai.
